Parts of western Michigan are seeing flooding, after days of heavy rains.
It's prompted the city of Grand Rapids to declare a state of emergency.
Some streets in the city are closed by flooding -- and a number of homes and businesses are experiencing basement flooding.
The Grand River is about six feet above flood stage and is expected to crest early this morning.
