AVIATION...VFR CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE TRI-STATE AREA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS...WITH SCATTERED CU GENERALLY 3500-4500 FEET...AND WINDS SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 5 TO 10 KNOTS. AFTER SUNSET...WITH A MOIST LOW LEVEL AIRMASS UNDER MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...STRONG RADIATIONAL COOLING WILL RESULT IN THE RE-DEVELOPMENT OF WIDESPREAD IFR CEILINGS AND MVFR TO IFR VISIBILITIES AFTER MIDNIGHT. MVFR TO IFR CEILINGS WILL PERSIST UNTIL THE MID TO LATE MORNING HOURS ON SATURDAY...GIVING WAY TO VFR CONDITIONS BY EARLY AFTERNOON. A WEAKENING COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA SATURDAY...ACCOMPANIED BY WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...AND WINDS SHIFTING TO WEST TO NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH AFTER THE FRONT PASSES.
