SURFACE HEATING COMBINED WITH LOW DEWPOINTS ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY DROPPING BELOW 35 PERCENT. A RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THURSDAY AFTERNOON FOR EXPECTED LONG DURATIONS OF LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY.
