CIRRUS HAVE ALREADY SPREAD OVER THE REGION AND CLOUDS WILL CONTINUE TO THICKEN AND LOWER THROUGH THIS EVENING. WE EXPECT MVFR CIGS THROUGHOUT THE TRI-STATE REGION OVERNIGHT ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD RAIN. THERE COULD ALSO BE ISOLATED TSTMS AT KPFN AND KTLH. MVFR/IFR VSBYS EXPECTED IN THE HEAVIER CONVECTION. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SWING AROUND FROM EAST TO WEST AT KPFN AND KTLH THROUGH THE TAF PERIOD AS A SURFACE LOW MOVES ACROSS THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE. THE OTHER TAF SITES WILL SEE EASTERLY WINDS THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BACK TO THE NORTH AND NORTHWEST.
