MON THROUGH FRI. SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION SUNDAY NIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. RAIN WILL BE ENDING FROM WEST TO EAST LATE MONDAY AS THE FRONT PUSHES THROUGH. TUESDAY WILL BE DRY WITH OFFSHORE FLOW. THEN...A STRONG SHORTWAVE WILL TRANSLATE FROM TEXAS TUESDAY NIGHT TO THE NORTHEAST GULF BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT BRINGING WITH IT INCREASED CLOUDINESS AND A JUST A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN BACK TO THE AREA. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE AND A MUCH DRIER AIRMASS FILTER INTO THE LOCAL REGION THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH MONDAY AND NEAR OR JUST BELOW SEASONAL LEVELS THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD.
