THE RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING FOR ALL FL ZONES DUE TO LONG DURATION SUB-35 PERCENT RH...20-FT WINDS 15 MPH OR HIGHER...AND HIGH DISPERSIONS. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR ALL FL ZONES ON THURSDAY WILL BE UPGRADED TO A RED FLAG WARNING DUE TO LONG DURATIONS OF LOW RH. ALSO...DISPERSIONS AND MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE LOWER THURSDAY. ITS STILL A CLOSE CALL FOR OUR AL AND GA ZONES WITH AT LEAST THREE TO FOUR HOUR DURATIONS OF SUB-25 PERCENT RH...AND WILL DEFER THE UPGRADE OR CANCEL DECISION TO THE MID SHIFT. LONG DURATIONS OF LOW RH WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR ALL FL ZONES FRIDAY AFTERNOON...AND A FIRE WEATHER WATCH WILL BE ISSUED.
