STRONG COLD ADVECTION HAS KEPT TEMPERATURES IN THE MID TO UPPER 40S TODAY. CLOUD COVER IS BEGINNING TO INCREASE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A STRONG PACIFIC JET. THE NEXT STORM SYSTEM IS NOW MOVING THROUGH WESTERN ARIZONA AND WILL BE APPROACHING THE TEXAS GULF COAST ON THURSDAY.
