THE SURFACE HIGH WAS CENTERED OVER THE EASTERN GULF THIS EVENING PROVIDING A LIGHT WEST TO SOUTHWEST WIND ACROSS OUR CWA. ASIDE FROM A THIN STREAM OF CIRRUS...SKIES WERE CLEAR. WITH NEARLY IDEAL RADIATIONAL COOLING CONDITIONS OVERNIGHT TEMPS WILL DROP INTO THE MID TO UPPER 30S INLAND AREAS AND LOWER 40S ALONG THE COAST. PATCHY FOG IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT AND PATCHES OF FROST IN THE NORMALLY COLDER LOCATIONS TOWARD DAYBREAK.
