.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...
A VERY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL SPREAD OVER THE REGION TONIGHT WITH
THE POTENTIAL FOR SLEET OCCASIONALLY MIXING IN WITH THE RAIN TOWARD
MORNING ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF THE REGION. BECAUSE GROUND
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN WARM...NO SLEET ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED. WITH STRONG WINDS MOVING IN BEHIND THIS FRONT...WIND CHILL
VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP INTO THE MID TEENS ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN
ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST GEORGIA AND PORTIONS OF THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE BY
DAYBREAK. AS A RESULT...A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR
THESE AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...
A VERY COLD PERIOD IS IN STORE FOR THE REGION THIS
WEEKEND...BEGINNING FRIDAY MORNING AS A STRONG ARCTIC COLD FRONT
PASSES THROUGH. GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL CAUSE WIND CHILL READINGS
TO REMAIN NEAR FREEZING FRIDAY AFTERNOON...AND FALL INTO THE UPPER
SINGLE DIGITS TO TEENS SATURDAY MORNING. A HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED
EACH MORNING THIS WEEKEND AS WELL AS MONDAY. A GRADUAL WARMING
TREND WILL BEGIN MONDAY AFTERNOON...BUT A LIGHT FREEZE WILL WILL
REMAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH MID WORK WEEK.
