A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS OVERNIGHT WITH WINDS SHIFTING OFFSHORE AND BUILDING TO CAUTIONARY LEVELS. THIS FRONT WILL LIFT BACK NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT LATER TUESDAY IN RESPONSE TO A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING ACROSS THE WESTERN GULF. LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE RAPIDLY AND REACH ADVISORY LEVELS BY TUESDAY EVENING. GALE FORCE CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE LATER TUESDAY NIGHT...ESPECIALLY IN GUSTS. NEAR GALE FORCE CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY UNTIL A STRONG COLD FRONT CROSSES THE NE GULF WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND SHIFTS WINDS TO THE WEST AND NORTHWEST. HOWEVER...DUE TO THE LONG SOUTHERLY FETCH EXPECTED BEFORE THE FRONT...SWELL MAY BE SLOW TO DIMINISH INTO THURSDAY WITH ADVISORY LEVEL SEAS LIKELY TO CONTINUE.
