AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

...ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF THE EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE AREA WHERE THE GREATEST DESTABILIZATION MAY OCCUR
DURING THE AFTERNOON...

...A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM DESTIN TO THE SUWANNEE RIVER OUT TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES FROM 7 AM EDT UNTIL 11 PM EDT TONIGHT...

...THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG THE BEACHES OF THE
FLORIDA BIG BEND TODAY...AND A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ON
WEDNESDAY...

A STRONG UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TO OUR WEST AND A SURFACE
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL BRING PLENTY OF
INCLEMENT WEATHER TO THE REGION TODAY. THESE SYSTEMS WILL COMBINE
TO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS ALL OF THE AREA...WITH
THE ADDITIONAL SLIGHT THREAT OF A FEW STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
WHICH MAY PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND ISOLATED TORNADOES...
MAINLY ACROSS EASTERN SECTIONS OF THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. RAIN
CHANCES WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS THE
REGION TONIGHT AS A WEAKENING COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE WEST
BEFORE STALLING IN OUR VICINITY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...
THE STALLED OUT WEAK COLD FRONT IS THEN EXPECTED TO MOVE BACK
NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY WHICH
WILL BRING UNSEASONABLY WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS TO THE AREA.
THIS AIRMASS SHOULD LAST THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE THE NEXT COLD FRONT
PUSHES THROUGH THE AREA ON SATURDAY WHICH SHOULD FINALLY BRING
SOME COOLER AND DRIER AIR IN FOR THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
