.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME. A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE TO OUR NORTHEAST SHOULD PROVIDE THE AREA WITH ONE MORE
DAY OF FILTERED SUNSHINE THROUGH HIGH CLOUDINESS WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES A FEW DEGREES WARMER THAN ON SUNDAY. TONIGHT...
HOWEVER...MOISTURE AND RAIN CHANCES WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AS A
STRONG UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPS TO OUR WEST. THIS
LOW MAY BEGIN TO PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS FROM
SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ACROSS THE REGION BEGINNING LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
REGION ON TUESDAY WITH SOME AREAS OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
POSSIBLE. IT IS ALSO TOO EARLY TO RULE OUT AN ISOLATED STRONG TO
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH THIS SYSTEM...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE
COASTLINE OF THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE. FURTHERMORE...STRONG
SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS AND
BREAKING WAVES OF 3 TO 5 FEET ACROSS OUR AREA BEACHES...WHICH WILL
MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THE
WATER. THE REMAINDER OF THE FORECAST PERIOD IS VERY UNCERTAIN AT
THIS TIME...BUT EARLY INDICATIONS ARE THAT CONDITIONS WILL BE MORE
SUMMERLIKE ONCE AGAIN WITH BOTH HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURES WELL
ABOVE NORMAL.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TODAY...BUT MAY BE NEEDED ON
TUESDAY IF CONDITIONS WARRANT.

WEBSITE ON THE INTERNET AT WEATHER.GOV...THEN CLICK ON YOUR AREA
OF INTEREST ON THE NATIONAL MAP.
