.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS ACROSS THE TRI-STATE
REGION. THE BEST CHANCES FOR RAIN WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHEAST ALABAMA
AND OUR GEORGIA ZONES. IT IS ALSO IN THESE AREAS WHERE A FEW
STORMS MAY BRIEFLY REACH SEVERE LIMITS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AND ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES
WILL REMAIN IN THE FORECAST THROUGH THURSDAY. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST ON FRIDAY AS A SIGNIFICANT
COLD FRONT SWEEPS THROUGH THE AREA. SOME OF THE STORMS ACCOMPANYING
THIS FRONT MAY BE STRONG TO SEVERE. WINDS AND SEAS WILL PICK UP
AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM AS WELL AND INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY IN THE
OFFSHORE FLOW BEHIND IT. CAUTION TO ADVISORY LEVEL CONDITIONS ARE
CERTAINLY POSSIBLE BEGINNING THURSDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO
THE WEEKEND. ADDITIONALLY...NOTICEABLY COOLER AND DRIER AIR WILL
BE FELT FRIDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
