.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

UNSEASONABLY STRONG UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE WILL RESULT IN
ANOTHER WARM TO HOT DAY AWAY FROM THE COAST WITH TEMPERATURES
CLIMBING INTO THE LOWER 90S. THESE TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH
DEWPOINTS IN THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 70S WILL RESULT IN HEAT
INDICES NEAR OR JUST OVER 100 DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON ALONG AND
SOUTH OF THE I-10 CORRIDOR.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

A COLD FRONT WILL SLOWLY APPROACH FROM THE WEST FRIDAY NIGHT AND
SATURDAY BRINGING INCREASING CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS TO THE
MAINLY THE WESTERN HALF OF THE FORECAST AREA. AT THIS TIME THE
BETTER DYNAMICS AND BETTER CHANCES FOR HEAVY RAINFALL/STRONGER
STORMS SHOULD REMAIN NORTH OF OUR AREA.

DEEP SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL SLOWLY INCREASE THE SURF ALONG THE
BEACHES OF THE WESTERN BIG BEND AND FLORIDA PANHANDLE. AS A
RESULT...IT APPEARS THAT THE RIP CURRENT RISK WILL RAISE TO A
MODERATE LEVEL BY SATURDAY ALONG THIS STRETCH OF COASTLINE.

THE FRONT IS ANTICIPATED TO STALL ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES
INTO THE EARLY PORTION OF NEXT WEEK KEEPING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE FORECAST. HOWEVER...THE PROBABILITY OF SEVERE
WEATHER REMAINS LOW.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED.
