THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND
AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
THERE IS A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS TODAY ALONG THE BEACHES
EAST OF APALACHICOLA. OTHERWISE...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY...MAINLY OVER THE GULF COASTAL
WATERS THIS MORNING...THEN ACROSS NORTH FLORIDA AND SOUTH CENTRAL
GEORGIA LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE CHANCE OF DAMAGING
WINDS AND/OR HAIL IS LESS THAN 5 PERCENT WITHIN 25 MILES OF ANY
POINT. HOWEVER...A BRIEF PERIOD OF GUSTY WINDS TO 30 MPH AND HEAVY
RAIN IS POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...
ONLY ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ON FRIDAY.
RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE THIS WEEKEND INTO MONDAY AS A COLD
FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST. THIS FRONT IS FORECAST TO
MOVE THROUGH THE LOCAL AREA ON TUESDAY...BRINGING COOLER AND DRIER
AIR TO THE REGION. ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT LIKELY.
