Upper Level Winds

UPPER AIR DATA FROM KTAE SHOWS A RELATIVELY MOIST AIRMASS WITH A PRECIPITABLE WATER OF 2.16 INCHES. THE LOW LEVEL FLOW IS QUITE CURVED WITH WINDS GOING FROM EASTERLY JUST ABOVE THE SURFACE TO WESTERLY BY 3KM. THUS...WHILE THE OVERALL DEEP LAYER PROFILE IS NOT SUPPORTIVE OF SEVERE WEATHER...THE LOW LEVEL FLOW WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE POSSIBILITY OF WEAK ROTATION WITHIN MORE ROBUST THUNDERSTORMS...THUS THE THREAT OF A WATERSPOUT OR WEAK SPIN UP NEAR THE COAST CANNOT BE RULED OUT...ESPECIALLY IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS ON THURSDAY.
