OVERALL THE SYNOPTIC PATTERN WILL REMAIN RELATIVELY UNCHANGED...AS THE SURFACE RIDGE REMAINS OVER THE EASTERN U.S. AND AN UPPER LEVEL LOW REMAINS QUASI-STATIONARY OVER THE OHIO VALLEY. RAIN CHANCES WILL BE LOW ON TUESDAY DUE TO LIMITED DEEP LAYER MOISTURE...AND MAINLY CONFINED TO THE AREA WEST OF THE APALACHICOLA RIVER WHERE THE SEA BREEZE CONFIGURATION WILL BE MORE FAVORABLE. NOT MUCH CHANGE IS EXPECTED FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...EXCEPT THE RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE SLIGHTLY DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY AS TO HOW MUCH DEEP LAYER MOISTURE AND Q-G FORCING THERE WILL BE WITH ANY DISTURBANCES ROTATING AROUND THE BROAD UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER THE OHIO VALLEY. TEMPERATURES WILL BE NEAR AVERAGE...EXCEPT A LITTLE BELOW AVERAGE TUESDAY MORNING.
