THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND
AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
THERE REMAINS SOME UNCERTAINTY IN THE FORECAST WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON
THE DEVELOPMENT AND MOVEMENT OF A WEAK LOW FORECAST TO FORM OVER THE
FLORIDA PANHANDLE THIS MORNING. BOTH VARIABLES WILL HAVE A
SIGNIFICANT INFLUENCE ON THE RAIN CHANCES AND ON MARINE WINDS
THROUGH THE DAY. CURRENT THOUGHT BRINGS THIS WEAK LOW EASTWARD TO
THE SOUTHEAST BIG BEND BY EVENING AND KEEPS THE HIGHEST RAIN
CHANCES ACROSS THE EASTERN FORECAST AREA. HOWEVER...IF THIS LOW IS
SLOWER TO MOVE EASTWARD...RAIN CHANCES WILL END UP A BIT HIGHER
ACROSS THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE REGION. ALSO...THE SLOWER
MOVING LOW THE BETTER THE CHANCES FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...
ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE BIG BEND AND THE ADJACENT WATERS. THIS
WOULD ALSO FAVOR A PERIOD OF NEAR CAUTIONARY SOUTHERLY FLOW OVER
PORTIONS OF THE MARINE AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...
THE COLD FRONT WILL WEAKEN AND DRIFT SOUTH THROUGH MID WEEK WITH
DRIER AIR FILTERING IN FROM THE NORTH WITH DECREASING CHANCES FOR
RAIN EACH DAY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK INTO THE UPCOMING
WEEKEND.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED THROUGH TUESDAY.
