THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST
AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...THE FLORIDA BIG BEND AND PANHANDLE...AND
ADJACENT GULF COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

A WEAKENING UPPER TROUGH AND SURFACE FRONTAL BOUNDARY TO THE NORTH
WILL CONTINUE TO INFLUENCE THE SOUTHEAST TWO-THIRDS OF THE AREA TODAY
WITH SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. SLIGHTLY DRIER
AIR OVER NORTHWEST THIRD OF THE AREA WILL RESULT IN MORE ISOLATED
RAINFALL. ALTHOUGH WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED...SOME
STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. THE MAIN
THREATS WITH THESE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE FREQUENT
LIGHTNING...PERIODS OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...GUSTY WINDS AND
SMALL HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...

RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN ABOVE NORMAL SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY AS A
WEAK TROPICAL WAVE TRACKS NORTHWESTWARD INTO THE NORTHERN GULF. THE
MAIN CONCERN WITH THIS FEATURE WILL BE ACROSS THE ADJACENT GULF
WATERS WITH INCREASING WINDS AND SEAS. SOMEWHAT DRIER AIR WILL LEAD
TO NORMAL RAIN CHANCES AND SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES
TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. NO WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED.
