THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND
AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

AN UPPER TROUGH AND SURFACE FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL CONTINUE TO
INFLUENCE THE WEATHER ACROSS THE TRI-STATE AREA WITH WIDESPREAD
SHOWERS AND STORMS SIMILAR TO YESTERDAY. ALTHOUGH A WIDESPREAD
SEVERE EVENT IS NOT EXPECTED...SOME STORMS MAY REACH THE STRONG TO
MARGINAL SEVERE LEVELS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE MAIN
THREATS WITH THESE STRONGER STORMS WILL FREQUENT LIGHTNING
...PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL...GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL. PERIODS
OF HEAVY RAIN WILL POSSIBLY LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING OVER
PORTIONS OF THE AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN ABOVE AVERAGE ON FRIDAY AS A FRONTAL
BOUNDARY CONTINUES TO WEAKEN JUST NEAR THE LOCAL AREA. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 1-2 INCHES
ACROSS THE AREA WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE THROUGH
SATURDAY. RAIN CHANCES WILL RETURN TO NEAR NORMAL THROUGH THE
REMAINDER OF THE WEEKEND AND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. THERE IS CHANCE
FOR INCREASING MOISTURE AND SHOWER COVERAGE ONCE AGAIN AS A WEAK
TROPICAL WAVE TRACKS NORTHWEST INTO THE GULF SUNDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY. THE MAIN CONCERN WITH THIS FEATURE WILL BE ACROSS THE
ADJACENT GULF WATERS DUE TO INCREASING WINDS AND SEAS AS THE
GRADIENT TIGHTENS.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED.
