MIAMI (AP) - Hurricane Felicia, a Category 4 storm, is expected to weaken far out in the Pacific.
The National Hurricane Center says Felicia's maximum sustained winds are near 140 mph. But the hurricane is expected to weaken over the next few days as it moves over colder water.
Felicia is centered about 1,480 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California peninsula and is moving
west-northwest near 10 mph.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Enrique, which had been expected to weaken, is keeping its strength Thursday with maximum sustained winds near 50 mph. The storm is centered about 1,035 miles west of the southern tip of Baja California and is moving northwest near 17 mph.
