THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND
AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
DRIER AIR WILL GRADUALLY BEGIN TO MOVE IN FROM THE NORTHWEST
TODAY. THIS WILL KEEP CHANCES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY
CONFINED TO SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND. IN
THESE AREAS...A FEW STRONG STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE. THESE STORMS
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS UP TO 50 MPH...AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE REGION FOR FRIDAY RESULTING IN
VERY HOT AND DRY CONDITIONS WITH ONLY SLIGHT CHANCES OF AFTERNOON
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THIS RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN
OVER THE REGION INTO THE WEEKEND KEEPING CONDITIONS WARM AND
MAINLY DRY. A RETURN TO MORE TYPICAL LATE SUMMER WEATHER IS
EXPECTED BY THE FIRST OF THE WEEK AS THE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
WEAKENS AND MOVES OFF TO THE EAST OF THE REGION.
