UNUSUAL PATTERN FOR JULY CONTINUES AS LOW AND MID-LEVEL DRY AIR KEEPS SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY VERY SUPPRESSED THROUGH TUESDAY. FEW-SCT SHALLOW CU FIELD WILL DISSIPATE WITH THE SETTING OF THE SUN THIS EVENING LEAVING MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES FOR THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD. VFR CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY WITH A FEW-SCT CU FIELD DEVELOPING LATE IN THE MORNING. SHWR/STORM CHANCES FAR BELOW CLIMATOLOGY AND LOW ENOUGH FOR EXCLUSION FROM MENTION IN TAFS.
