THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...THE FLORIDA BIG BEND AND
PANHANDLE...AND THE ADJACENT GULF COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TODAY
ACROSS THE REGION. STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE. HOWEVER A
FEW STRONG STORMS WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING ARE EXPECTED. THE STORMS
WILL ALSO PRODUCE BRIEF PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN. THERE IS A MODERATE
RISK FOR RIP CURRENTS TODAY ALONG THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE BEACHES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...
A COLD FRONT WILL SETTLE SLOWLY SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA
BEGINNING SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING INTO SUNDAY. AT THIS
TIME...IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE FRONT WILL STALL SOMEWHERE OVER THE
FORECAST AREA WITH DRIER AIR MOVING IN BEHIND IT. THIS WILL DROP
RAIN CHANCES BELOW NORMAL ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE
FORECAST AREA OVER THE WEEKEND. HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL ALSO DECREASE
IN THIS AREA. WINDS OVER THE MARINE AREA MAY BRIEFLY REACH
EXERCISE CAUTION CRITERIA SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE DIMINISHING ONCE
AGAIN. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED EACH
AFTERNOON FROM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. NO ORGANIZED SEVERE
WEATHER IS ANTICIPATED.
