SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THREAT HAS DIMINISHED FOR THE EVENING FOR ALL TERMINALS EXCEPT KPFN. STORMS CONTINUE TO FORM NEAR THE PANHANDLE COAST AND HAVE LEFT A -TSRA TEMPO TILL MIDNIGHT AT PANAMA CITY. ELSEWHERE...MUCH LIKE LAST NIGHT A SIGNIFICANT HIGH LEVEL CIRRUS SHIELD SHOULD SLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOG. HOWEVER THIS SHIELD MAY TEND TO DISSIPATE LATE ALLOWING FOR BRIEF VIS RESTRICTIONS TOWARD SUNRISE. VFR CONDITIONS LOOK TO PREVAIL FOR MUCH OF THE DAY ON TUESDAY. SHWR/TSTRM CHANCES ARE TOO LOW FOR MENTION AT KDHN AND KABY AND HAVE ONLY SHOWN A CB MENTION AT KPFN...KTLH...AND KVLD. MUCH BETTER CHANCES FOR SEEING THE SHOWERS AND STORMS AS ONE HEADS SOUTH FROM THESE TERMINALS ACROSS THE NE GULF AND SOUTHEAST BIG BEND.
