MARINE...AFTERNOON BUOY DATA SHOWS WINDS BEGINNING TO DECREASE...STILL AROUND 20KTS OFFSHORE. SEAS 7-8 FEET. THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL REMAIN TIGHT ACROSS THE WATERS AS THE SURFACE LOW LIFTS TOWARD THE CENTRAL GULF COAST THRU TONIGHT. IF LOW INTENSIFIES INTO TROPICAL SYSTEM...LOCAL WINDS AND SEAS CAN INCREASE FURTHER. EITHER WAY...WINDS AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH AS THE LOW MOVES INLAND LATE SATURDAY AND WEAKENS. UNTIL THEN...WE CAN EXPECT ADVISORY CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE FOR ALL BUT APALACHEE BAY.
