MARINE...GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MID-WEEK PERIOD AS THE MARINE AREA REMAINS BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH AND A DEVELOPING LOW TO THE SOUTH. THIS WILL KEEP ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS AND SEAS IN PLACE THROUGH THE FIRST HALF OF THE WEEK. WITH THE NORTHEAST FLOW OVER THE GULF WATERS...THE HIGHEST SEAS WILL REMAIN OFFSHORE OR BEYOND 15 NAUTICAL MILES. THE ADVISORY WILL POSSIBLY NEED TO BE EXTENDED INTO A PORTION OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE WORK WEEK. HOWEVER...THE DEVELOPMENT OR STRENGTH AND TRACK OF THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED LOW SOUTH OF THE AREA WILL BE THE DECIDING FACTOR THROUGH THIS PERIOD. IN ADDITION...THE RAIN CHANCES WILL BEGIN TO INCREASING
