THE COLD FRONT WILL LINGER ACROSS OUR REGION SATURDAY PROVIDING CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THIS FRONT MAY BRIEFLY GET NUDGED SOUTHWARD SATURDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY ALLOWING A DRIER AIRMASS TO FILTER IN. HOWEVER...THIS BOUNDARY IS FORECAST TO LIFT TO THE NORTH AS A WARM FRONT BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN RESPONSE TO THE NEXT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM THE WEST. AS A RESULT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SPREADING BACK OVER THE REGION. THE WARM FRONT WILL SOON BE FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONT AS IT ENTERS OUR CWA ON MONDAY. THE UNSETTLED WEATHER SHOULD CONTINUE AT LEAST THROUGH TUESDAY AS THE FRONT STALLS ACROSS NORTH FLORIDA WITH THE UPPER FLOW BECOMING ZONAL. THE GFS SHOWS A WEAK WAVE DEVELOPING ON THE FRONT OVER THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE TUESDAY WHICH SHOULD DRAG THE FRONT FURTHER DOWN THE PENINSULA ON WEDNESDAY AS THE LOW PULLS OUT INTO THE WESTERN ATLANTIC. TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOVE CLIMO THROUGH THE PERIOD.
