THE ACTIVE PERIOD CONTINUES... THE EXTENDED BEGINS WITH A VIGOROUS UPPER AIR SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON INTO THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY WITH A COLD FRONT PROGRESSING THROUGH THE SOUTHEAST U.S. AT THE SAME TIME...THE NEXT SHORT WAVE IS DIVING SOUTHWARD ALONG THE PACIFIC COAST.
