THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA BIG BEND
AND PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME. A COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH FROM THE NORTHWEST BRINGING INCREASING RAIN CHANCES
ACROSS SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST GEORGIA...AND THE FLORIDA
PANHANDLE. THE SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON HOURS TODAY. TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE MID TO
UPPER 70S THIS AFTERNOON AND ONLY DOWN TO AROUND 60 TONIGHT.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS TODAY ALONG THE PANHANDLE
BEACHES DUE TO INCREASING SURF AND GUSTY ONSHORE WINDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...
A COLD FRONT WILL STALL THROUGH FRIDAY JUST NORTHWEST OF THE TRI-
STATE AREA KEEPING THE RAIN CHANCES UP ACROSS NORTHWEST HALF OF
THE LOCAL AREA. A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS
SOUTHEAST ALABAMA AND THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE THROUGH THE THURSDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. ON SATURDAY...A STRONG COLD FRONT IS
EXPECTED TO SWEEP THROUGH THE AREA FROM WEST TO EAST KEEPING THE
SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES UP. SOME THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE
SEVERE WITH THIS FRONT AND WILL NEED TO BE MONITORED OVER THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS. THE CLOUDS AND RAIN WILL CLEAR BEHIND THE FRONT
BEGINNING SOMETIME SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY WITH COOLER
TEMPERATURES GOING INTO THE START OF NEXT WEEK.
