WINDS AND SEAS WILL DECREASE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY AS THE GRADIENT RELAXES...BUT ARE FORECAST TO INCREASE ONCE AGAIN TO CAUTIONARY LEVELS FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY IN THE WAKE OF THE NEXT COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE.
