A DEVELOPING PLAINS UPPER TROUGH AND SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL PUSH EAST THROUGH THE MIDWEST AND OH/TN VALLEYS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. THE FRONT THEN LIFTS NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT ON THURSDAY AS THE NEXT TROUGH AND LOW PRESSURE LIFTS NORTHEAST FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TOWARD THE OH/TN VALLEYS. THE TROUGH DEEPENS AS IT MOVES FURTHER EAST ON FRIDAY... WITH THE SURFACE COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH THE CWA...PRECEDED BY SCATTERED SHWRS/TSTMS. TEMPS WILL COOL BACK TO NEAR OR SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL AT THE END OF THE WEEK.
