On Katrina's 3rd Anniversary, Another Storm Brews

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - As another tropical storm looms, New Orleans residents are marking the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina with a ceremony to remember victims who were never identified.

A horse-drawn carriage delivered seven unclaimed bodies to a memorial site Friday and a solemn bell-ringing ceremony marked the hour the city's levees began to give way in 2005.

About 200 people attended the ceremony as the city prepared for another possible hurricane evacuation - its first since Katrina.

Forecasters say Tropical Storm Gustav could hit Louisiana early next week. City and state officials say an evacuation could be ordered as early as Saturday.

Authorities say they're confident plans put in place since Katrina will protect residents.
