System Will Produce Scattered Rain Over Portions Of The Northern
Plains And Showers And Thunderstorms Over Portions Of The Middle
Missouri Valley Into The Upper Mississippi Valley.

By Thursday Moisture Rich Air Will Encounter The Storm Producing Light To Moderate Rain Over Parts Of The Upper Midwest Near The U.
S./Canadian Border With Showers And Thunderstorms With Embedded
Heavier Downpours From The Great Lakes To The Middle Missouri
Valley And Southward To The Central Plains On Thursday.

To 15 Degrees Above Average Temperatures From The Tennessee Valley To Parts Of New England.
