CURRENTLY OUT AT THE BUOYS...WINDS ARE OUT OF THE EAST AT 15-19 KTS
WITH WAVES RUNNING AROUND 4-6 FEET. WINDS AND SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO
BRIEFLY SURGE AGAIN LATE TONIGHT/EARLY ON THURSDAY FOR THE LAST TIME
THIS WEEK...BUT WILL REMAIN BELOW ADVISORY. HIGH PRESSURE NORTH
OF THE REGION WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS
AS HURRICANE EARL PUSHES CLOSER TO THE EASTERN SEABOARD AND A WEAK
FRONT APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE NORTHEAST. WINDS AND SEAS
SHOULD REMAIN LOW THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK.
