AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE MISSISSIPPI COAST WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE WESTWARD AND INLAND THROUGH THE DAY. THERE HAD BEEN SOME
CONCERN WITH THIS SYSTEM DEVELOPING TROPICAL CHARACTERISTICS...
HOWEVER IT NOW APPEARS THAT THE LOW WILL MOVE INLAND BEFORE THIS CAN
BE ACHIEVED. SOUTHERLY FLOW ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOW WILL REMAIN A
BIT GUSTY THIS MORNING ACROSS THE WESTERN MARINE ZONES AND THEN
DIMINISH BY TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE IS THEN
FORECAST TO BUILD INTO THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO FOR THE REMAINDER
OF THE WEEK...KEEPING WINDS AND SEAS BELOW HEADLINE CRITERIA.
