DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 10 MPH...17 KM/HR.
THIS GENERAL MOTION IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE TODAY...WITH A DECREASE
IN FORWARD SPEED EXPECTED ON THURSDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE
