WTVY Detailed Forecast

Chilly and dry conditions take over, but with ample sunshine in the mix. Highs will only rise to the upper 50s and lower 60s. Northwest wind at 5-10 mph will keep the cooling trend in place.
Another round of sweater weather for the overnight, as temperatures will once again drop down to the upper 30s and lower 40s at best. Clouds will be on the increase, but will scour out as we get into the later AM hours. Winds NW at 5mph. Frost Advisories in effect for Pike and Barbour counties.
We round off the weekend with a continuation of the tranquil weather pattern. Partly cloudy skies still allow for a slight "warmup" to the mid 60s, though temperatures are still below average for late March. Winds shifting east at 5 mph.
Rain chances slightly pickup come Monday afternoon, as a frontal system heads our way. Afternoon thunderstorms cannot be ruled out, but high temperatures will finally rise back up to seasonal levels in the mid to upper 70s. Despite the rain factor, sun and clouds will share the sky through the start of the week.
