Moisture returns by the end of the week and we will see higher rainfall chances Thursday and Friday, even continuing into the weekend. Highs will be in the lower 80s.

TROPICAL UPDATE – Remnants of Erika and an upper level-low continue to bring moisture to our east, but chances of redevelopment are next to none. Meanwhile, our attention shifts to the west coast of Africa, where Tropical Storm Fred is headed WNW toward the Cape Verde Islands. We’ll be watching this system as it continues to move across the Atlantic, and it is expected to rapidly strengthen within the next 24 hours.
