Our Roots Run Deep

Do you have an interesting family history? Share it with the Carver Museum! It kicks off May 26th - 28th from 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. The exhibit runs from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend.

Summer Spectacular 2018

Summer Spectacular is a project-based integrated thematic approach where children ages 4 through 12 will be engaged in hands-on learning.

Volunteers needed for special needs summer camp

The Dothan Leisure Services Therapeutic Recreation Program is in need of volunteers to assist with summer camps for intellectually challenged children and adults throughout the summer. Volunteers will assist with arts and crafts, music, recreational games, and life skills programs. Camps offered include Life Skills cooking (June 11-14, 2018 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.), Arts and Crafts (June 18-21, 2018 from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.), Independent Living Skills (June 4-7, 2018 2:00-4:00 p.m.) and First Aid & Safety (July 2, 3, 5 & 6th, 2018 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.).
