Alzheimer’s – A Faith Perspective
New Hall at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 123 Health St, in Enterprise
Alzheimer’s – A Faith Perspective is a support and education program to help family members, caregivers and others understand and cope with the effects of Alzheimer’s and other dementia diseases.
The thirteen-week program will meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday beginning on Thursday, March 19, and continuing through September. The meetings will be at 7:00 pm in the New Hall at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 123 Health St, in Enterprise. Meetings are free and open to the public.
Using faith as the foundation for helping those dealing with Alzheimer’s, the sessions will include themes such as managing fear and pain, finding purpose, asking for help, and living in the present moment.
For more information or to register, contact the group facilitator, Larry Hitchcock, at (334) 709-4033.
