Kim Allen is proud to join WTVY as Sports Director. Kim has spent the past 11 years as the Sports Director at WDHN TV, where he won an AP Award in 2003 for Best Sports Story.
Kim grew up in Ohio, and attended Ohio University in Athens, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism. After two quick stops in Ohio and Florida, Kim came to Dothan, where he's lived since 2000.
When he's not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with his wife Karen, their daughter Emma and their amazing dog Sadie. Kim also enjoys reading, getting to the Outer Banks of North Carolina whenever possible, and spending time with friends.
