Alabama lands Quarterback Park McLeod

When backup quarterback Phillip Sims transferred after the spring, it was no secret the University of Alabama wanted to take two quarterbacks in this class.

Alabama locked up one of those two spots with the commitment of Cooper Bateman.

On Friday, the Crimson Tide filled their second QB spot. Quarterback Parker McLeod (Marietta, Ga./Walton) gave his verbal commitment Friday evening.

The 6'2, 190 lb McLeod chose Alabama over Tennessee, Georgia and Oklahoma State among others.
