Troy QB Corey Robinson Released From Hospital

TROY, Alabama -- Troy University starting quarterback Corey Robinson, who suffered an "above the shoulders'' injury in Thursday night's 31-26 loss to Western Kentucky at Veterans memorial Stadium, has been released from the Troy Regional Medical Center, where he stayed overnight.

Robinson suffered the injury with 15 seconds remaining to play in the first half when he was sacked by a WKU defender. he left the field seated in a golf cart and did not return to the game. He was later taken to the hospital where he remained overnight for observation.
