Auburn QB battle pretty even after day 1, Tigers welcome Tuberville

Day 1 of fall practice is now in the books for Gus Malzahn and the Auburn TIgers. And today, Malzahn says his four scholarships quarterbacks were "pretty equal".

Kiehl Frazier and Jonathan Wallace took snaps for the first half of practice while Nick Marshall and Jeremy Johnson took snaps the second half. Malzahn says that working with four quawrterbacks isn't easy but that he likes the strategy.

The Tigers also welcomed walk-on quarterback Tucker Tuberville to practice. Tuberville is the son of former Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville. Tuberville came to Auburn from Texas Tech and isn't eligible this season due to NCAA transfer rules.
