Today, Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer said Alabama is the best team they've ever faced. Tech defensive coordinator Bud Foster says the game plan is to stop the run. By putting pressure on the run, the Hokies plan to put the cornerbacks in a lot of one-on-one situations.

Alabama players were all business Monday. A.J. McCarron, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and T.J. Yeldon all very serious. Even Nick Saban smiled more than players when meeting with the media.

McCarron has been at Alabama for five years and says whatever Tech does to try and stop them, the Tide will be ready for. He says if they wanna stop the run, they'll throw it and vice versa. McCarron says the best part about their offense is that they have several weapons all across the board.

It may be a challenge for the offense but he hopes they take it upon themselves to meet the it. Virginia Tech is likely to have two freshmen trying to cover Amari Cooper on Saturday in cornerbacks Brandon Fayshan and Kendall Fuller.
