The Tide hit the field today for scrimmage number two of fall camp in front of family and fans on Saturday afternoon. The scrimmage marks exactly two weeks until the real deal.
Compared to last week's scrimmage, coach Nick Saban says he sees a lot of improvement in a lot of players but says it's no time to be satisfied.
He says the team was moving a little slower than he'd like but that he assumes it was because it was the 19th practice. Saban would like to see improvement to the run game and pass protection and just like last week, Saban was not pleased with the offensive line.
The Tide will take the the next two days to rest and spend some time off the field before they get back to work on Tuesday to begin prepping for the season opener against Virginia Tech.
