Alabama to Hold Victory Parade in Tuscaloosa

By Andrew Gribble | agribble@al.com

TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- The celebration of Alabama's third BCS national championship in four seasons will differ a bit from the previous two.

On Jan. 19, Alabama's players, coaches and other important figures will ride in a parade through the streets of Tuscaloosa.

The parade will start at 1:30 p.m. at the corner of University Blvd. and Second Ave., and conclude at the Walk of Champions. From there, Crimson Tide play-by-play announcer Eli Gold will emcee a ceremony on the top steps of the North Endzone in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
