Ole Miss and Kentucky continued their runs of early success on the recruiting trail this week with each school picking up commitments from multiple elite prospects.
Mark Stoops has the Wildcats off to a strong start and picked up the 11th and 12th commitments for Kentucky's 2014 class last week. On Wednesday, Texas outside linebacker Ryan Flannigan chose UK over offers from Arizona State and Texas Tech among others giving the Wildcats one of the nation's top junior college linebackers.
On Sunday, the Wildcats received even more exciting news when four-star defensive end Denzel Ware re-committed to Kentucky after previously de-committing in April. Ware, rated the nation's No. 5 weakside defensive end by the 247Composite rankings, recently transfered back to Crestview High School where he played as a junior after spending his spring semester at Opp High School in Alabama.
