Auburn football fans will get a good glimpse of two high-profile Tiger commits Oct. 5 as ESPNU is scheduled to televise the Carver-Montgomery vs. Auburn football game.
Carver-Montgomery features quarterback Jeremy Johnson, ranked No. 12 on al.com's "A-List," a collection of the top 15 seniors in the state. Auburn High is led by linebacker Reuben Foster, ranked No. 1. Both athletes have committed to play for Auburn University.
The game, to be played at Duck Samford Stadium in Auburn, is expected to have a big impact on the Class 6A, Region 3 standings. Auburn currently stands at 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the region while Carver is 3-1, 2-1.
